This saw is pre owned and in good condition There are typical scratches and scuffs from use There is some surface rust throughout see pictures Tested and fully functional Comes with what you see Cord is in good condition with no signs of rips or pinches Overall Physical/Cosmetic Condition A This item may be new and factory sealed, or new open box. If it is new open box there may be a very minimal amount of wear from storage and/or testing the item.
