Selling surplus equipment. These toolholders were formerly used in our BD-18 Bostomatic and they need a new home for someone running one of these similar machines. At the close of auction and before invoicing, please indicate whether you want to include freight costs into the invoice, or if you will have picked up. Item is listed for sale locally and we reserve the right to cancel the listing at anytime. Terms of Sale Seller is selling the item noted on an “as is, where is” basis and seller disclaims all warranties, representations, and guarantees whether expressed or implied. Seller makes no representation or warranty as to the operability, merchantability, or fitness for any particular purpose. The buyer is responsible for verifying the condition and operational functions. Upon reasonable notice to seller, the purchaser shall be able to inspect the equipment prior to purchase. Payment Information All payments are to be made in US dollars. We accept Paypal, bank wire transfers, and bank checks. Payment must be made in full, and clear any bank hold, prior to shipment. If payment is not received within 7 days of sale, we reserve the right to resell the item. Shipping Information We will ship to any destination on EXW - Walnut shipping terms. This means all freight, duties, taxes, and insurance are at the buyer’s expense. Item will be shipped 3-5 days after payment has cleared. Additional Fees Sales made to California buyers will have prevailing sales tax rate applied unless a valid tax resale number is provided. Purchased items that are not shipped or picked up within 14 days of sale date are subject to a monthly storage charge. Return Policy All sales are final unless both buyer and seller arrange alternate terms prior to sale.
