The diameter of the short taper of the spindle nose for mounting flange is 2.1251 inches, and the package comes with two index plates with varying hole numbers. It has a changing gear module of 2 with teeth numbers ranging from 25 to 100. The maximum loading capacity of the Precision Dividing Head- 6" is 286lbs with a net weight of the same number and a shipping weight of 328lbs. Its package dimensions are 28 x 21 x 14 inches. In summary, the Precision Dividing Head- 6" and F11 Series Universal Dividing Head are highly capable machines for various indexing and milling needs. The F11 Series Universal Dividing Head has an adjustable spindle angle from 5 degrees below horizontal to 95 degrees above horizontal. It has various indexing options such as direct indexing, angular indexing, simple indexing, and differential indexing. It is also capable of helical milling by driving a milling machine lead screw with gears from the output shaft of the dividing head. It also includes a tailstock, steady rest, spindle adapter for differential indexing, lathe dog clamp, Morse taper dead center, 3 jaw chuck with backing plate, 4 slot faceplate, 5 gear studs, 2 gear and stud brackets, keyed sleeve for gear attachment to a milling machine table lead screw, and wooden shipping crate suitable for storage.
