The oven has two swing doors and insulated wall thickness of 7 inches. With work room dimensions of 54" W x 72" D x 72" H, the oven has a capacity of 162 cubic feet and recirculates air at 4600 CFM with a 5 HP motor. Oven Model 82-850B has an air flow that can be both horizontal and vertical, and can reach a maximum temperature of 850В°F (454В°C). The Precision Quincy Heavy Duty Walk-in Ovens are a durable option for handling heavy loads and a wide range of industrial processes. Electric heat options include Class A at 108kW and Class B at 90kW, while fuel heat can provide up to 500,000 BTU/HR. Note that the oven requires an exhaust blower, which can be purchased separately for around $150. Despite a need for work on the chart recorder, this Precision Quincy Walk In Batch Oven has proven effective for powder coat curing and other applications. These ovens are made with welded steel and high-quality components, ensuring they meet or exceed NFPA-86, NFPA-70, OSHA, and UL requirements.
