| Seller Notes | “This Precision Vision Illuminator Cabinet is used but works well. The bulb lights up and comes with 4 testing cards; Two (2) Lea Symbols cards #252401 (these are the same cards, but one is in better condition, the other is yellowed), Sloan Letters for 10 Feet, and Distance Visual Acuity Test for 10 Feet. Some of the cards may have some residual tape. It has some light scuffs and scratches from use but it looks very nice. Please see photos for further condition description.” |
