PADO homes are designed and manufactured by our company in standard or custom designs. We have the flexibility to adjust design, dimensions and performance to the required specifications and functions. The infrastructure of PADO homes is a steel structure body with the required anti-corrosion treatment and static sufficiency. External walls and internal partitions are filled with thermal and sound insulation panels (stone wool, polyurethane or polystyrene) with advantages over conventional masonry. The infrastructure services (electrical, water supply, sewerage) are pre-installed internally and hidden in order to connect on site, if required. The standard equipment includes all the required lighting fixtures, socket-switches, safety panel, telephone network - internet and a special line for air conditioners. Sanitary ware include the complete equipment of a WC (shower, quick heater, basin, sink with cupboard, mirror) while for the kitchen area is provided a kitchenette and the corresponding cupboards. The basic equipment includes interior covering with plywood for ceilings and walls in the desired colour while exterior surfaces are covered with fiberboard or metal profiles. All surfaces are delivered with the required surface treatments in the desired RAL colour code. Additionally, we can deliver with a variety of architectural coating materials in custom-made design.Doors and windows are made of Kommerling PVC or EXALCO aluminum energy frames with double energy glazing (opening, sliding or accordion) and the interior doors are prefabricated and installed during the final assembly or are pre-installed (depending on the dimensions and particularities). The design of PADO homes allows a variety of applications such as offices and apartments, conversion and consolidation.
