We have worked on it for 8 months to make the right blend. Here is what we sought after;   1) Mix ability - Wanted a product that mixed easy,fast and completely. Hate powders that clog inline sprayers. Drives me crazy. 2) Great fragrance - Tested about 100 fragrances to find one that did not affect cleaning adversely,compatible and not smell too strong, Also prespray and deodorizer had to be synergistic with all TMF products. 3) Free rinsing,no fillers and virtually no residue. 4) Powder - Strong but not a "nuke" product so it will easily clean and rinse out fast for 90% jobs. To become a nuke add one scoop Tilemaster powder for polys and rat nasty's. To become a urine nuke add one scoop PureO2 powder (powdered peroxide w/Preload deodorizer built in). 5) Affordable - Pay for pure cleaning ingredients and not water. Cheaper to ship also. 6) Can be used in 5 gallon mix tank as a great rinse or stand alone detergent. 7) Can be used on most upholstery. (always pretest upholstery) 8) Can be used on a lot of rugs. (always pretest rugs) 9) Had to be safe without harmful ingredients that are in many products today. 10) Had to be a product that every tech I have would not give it back. That is the case with Preload2.
