This is in very good condition with sharp blade. The ruler goes to 24in. Over all this measures approx. 26" x 27". It is green and looks like wood base and of course the blade and handle is metal. This has a lock on the blade to keep it in place. Please note: Colors may be slightly different due to monitor settings and lighting when picture was taken.
