The box was open for inspection purposes only due to minor damage on the outside of the box. There is no damage to the cartridge. Brand new and sealed. This cartridge meets or exceeds OEM specifications. It offers superior page yield and print performance. It also provides crisp dark prints and sharp graphics. Toner Cartridges are very expensive. This is a good deal. I strive for 5 stars... I take my time to answer all questions and do my best to give an accurate description. I always ship within 1-2 days of received payment.
