4 Head Semi-automatic Bench Top Pressure, Gravity Filling Machine Fill water thin and medium viscosity products into bottles and other containers with one bottling machine. This pressure gravity filler is available for a fraction of the price of a positive displacement pump filling machine. The machine can be set up to run with a gravity flow or using air pressure to fill thicker products with individual fill head control. These machines are accurate, easy to operate, easy to change over and will fill small bottles using a timed volume fill. In this demonstration the machine is filling the same volume of hand soap into the bottles and you can see the levels in the bottles are consistent. These machines will fill medium viscosity products like laundry detergent, hand soaps, dish washing liquid and thin products. The small tank and frame are made to fill small bottles and is capable of filling E-liquid into bottles including 30 ml. The machine includes: 4 fill heads with individual timer control, pressure system to assist filling thick products, stainless steel product tank, machine adjustable to run a variety of small containers, float system to automatically keep the fill tank at a constant level, fill pump, slide track with rails to slide bottles into position into fill area on, throttling valves to assist with product speed control, foot switch to assist with a hands free start of fill. all controls, machine complete and tested with water and your sample bottles before shipment. Customer to supply table or bench for the machine to sit on during operation. 110 volts AC and air required for operation Up to 3-5 week delivery time depending on holidays and current work load.
