All the attachments needed for front and back wipe-on and wrap labels are available with this labeler system. The components are available separately, except for the feeder. All components come with a one-year warranty with no cost to you. You can also purchase stand-alone labelers and conveyors or contact FHECO for further assistance. 4. Conveyor - The tabletop conveyor has a 7 1/2 inch wide Delrin chain and is powered by a DC motor. The variable-speed control stabilizes the speed of the belt, ensuring accurate label placement. The height of the table is adjustable and the bed is stainless-steel construction. 1. Container Feeder - This feeder is designed to separate containers that are bunched together and feed them to the labeler one at a time. It has three operating conditions - OFF, SINGLE FEED, and AUTOMATIC. 2. Labeler Head - The labeler head assembly is available in right-off and left-off styles, depending on the label orientation. It can also be used for front and back labeling. The assembly is stand-alone and can be securely fastened to a conveyor. It is controlled by a PLC, which outputs are fed into solid-state switches. The labeler system shown includes various modules that can be customized to meet your specific requirements. These modules include: 3. Wrap Belt - The wrap belt attachment is designed for wrapping labels onto round containers. It can be attached to the conveyor on either side and is fully adjustable. This belt can wrap difficult labels, such as Mylar labels, with no bubble problems.
