For Sale: Turn Key Commercial Trailer Setup  (Reduced from $25,000 for quick sale) We are reorganizing and changing some of our rigs. This has been our commercial rig for about 3.5 years. Everything is in perfect running order. I really hate to get rid of these Kohler units!! They are insane.  Here is a list of all items included. 18' Equipment Hauler Trailer - Dual 7k axles with brakes.  Tires are all 14 ply! Kohler Hot Water is 980,000 btu. It heats 10gpm up to 190-210 degrees.  Magnum Pressure Pro hot water is 8gpm @3000 psi., only about 1.5 years old.   Kohler Cold Water unit is10gpm @3500 psi.  750 Gallon Water Tank 89 Gallon Diesel Tank.  Both hot water machines are plumbed to it. 59 Gallon Gas Tank.  All 3 machines are plumbed to it. 6 Titan Hose Reels - All stainless steel with stainless manifolds. Custom built locking storage for 28" Big Guy surface cleaner.  (Surface cleaner not included) 1 Ladder rack welded on.  (ladders not included) (2) 100 gallon chemical tanks. (Comet Roof Pump not included in this price)  Everything was gone through about 4 months ago. I have receipts from all motors and pumps being serviced.
