The Pro-Cut KG-32-MP grinder is big, fast and built for the long haul. It features a high torque 3 horsepower motor and a durable, maintenance-free, oil bath gearbox with all steel gears for steady service under hard use. A large feed throat allows fast and easy feeding with no forcing needed. A high-efficiency three-hole guard keeps hands out of the throat. The grinding plate of the #32 meat grinder is 4" diameter. Fast meat grinding: With its strong 3 horsepower motor and #32 grinding head, with meat at 32°F the KG-32-MP will grind 55 lb./minute on the first grind (3/8" plate) and 29 lb./minute on the second grind (1/8" plate). It has a 100% duty cycle for nonstop grinding. Its grinder plates are 4" diameter and it comes with a 3/16" grinder plate. The extra large, heavy-gauge feed tray measures 4" x 22.5" x 36". The headstock and screw are long-life tin-dipped fine grain cast iron, and the housing and pan are food-grade stainless steel. This grinder operates on 1-phase power, so it can operate in any facility, even if you don't have 3-phase power.
