Up for bids is a Pro-Gard weapon rack for interior vehicle mounting. This unit is typically mounted on the "cage" separating the cockpit from the prisoner compartment. It can be mounted "over head" as long as there is a suitable structure upon which to affix the mount. This mount will accept most patrol rifles (AR's, M4's, etc) and shotguns (870's, Mossy's, etc). This is a used item and though it functions perfectly, some of the padding has come unglued. This does dot effect the function of the unit. A little glue or double stick tape would correct this (see pictures). This auction INCLUDES the all important relay that allows you to mount a "hidden" remote switch to unlock the weapon. When activated, the relay keeps the weapon rack unlocked for 8 seconds, allowing you ample time to retrieve your weapon. If you don't remove the weapon in that time, the rack locks back.  The rack also features a manual key unlock that is keyed to the standard handcuff key used throughout the U.S.
