The process is Washing, Rinsing and Drying. Drum Diameter is 18", with drum perforation of 1/4" to 3/8" centers, and variable drum speed of 0.25 to 4 RPM. 1. First stage is the washing stage. The washer has a tank capacity of 310 USG, and a pump capacity of 100 USGPM @ 50PSI. The pump size is 2 x 1-1/2, with 15 spray nozzles. Electric heating up to 36KW, and an operating temp of 140-160 deg. F. 2. Second stage is Rinse, the Rinse tank capacxity is 230 USG, and the pump capacity is 100 USGPM @ 50 PSI. The pump motor is 3 HP @ 3600 RPM and is sized at 2 x 1-1/2. there are 8 rinse spray nozzles. Electric heating up to 18 KW and an operating temp of 140-160 deg F. 3. Third state is drying, with a blower capacity of 160 SCFM @ 60" WC, the blower motor is a 5HP @ 3600 RPM and the heat exchanger is 9 KW.
