After 30 Years & 4 Continents ~ Just Cleaning Out! :) REDUCED !! Italian made Professional Architect's Drafting Table Item: Neolt "Nanny Architetto ~~~~~~~~~~~~ Item: Top surface is 67" x 39.5" Top adjusts flat to angled. Base adjusts to full standing height. Very strong tubular white powder coat base. Four independent adjusting levers guarantee level and secure surface. This was older son's table in college and has been stored. Solid, sound and functional. It is USED. Additionally: The lamp (and cat) in pictures are NOT INCLUDED. Issues: * Top has a few surface scratches and corners are nicked. This is not a problem as usually the top is covered with a vinyl pad (needs to be purchased by you). * There is tape residue on the tubular legs as shown in the pictures. Some 'goo-gone' or other solvent and a bit of elbow grease should remove most. * There is some slight surface rust on the fittings at the top of the frame. A fine 0000 steel wool should remove all or most. Additionally: A 60" Mayline parallel rule is included. (New these are over $350.) It rolls fine. Needs to be cleaned. There is a 59" pencil tray. The table breaks down to store flat. It will be in two pieces until sold. The top and base, still assembled. It is reasonably heavy. You will need 2 people to transport. It will be moved into garage for easy access by you. Will fit in average car. Additionally: This is a LOCAL PICK-UP in southern NH ONLY!! I will not ship.
