This sale is for one New Old Stock Eclipse Sheffield England 12" (250mm) opening C-Clamp - Heavy Duty C-CLAMP. The Eclipse catalogue advertises the following features; average clamping force of 300 – 800kg (660 – 1760lbs). They state an unbreakable malleable iron frame with a fast action twin start rolled acme thread. The steel swivel shoe applies an even pressure, even on angled surfaces, whilst the tommy bar will bend before the frame can become over-stressed. Eclipse tools are high quality and known for their reliability, and this clamp is being offered at a great price.
