I believe the leg crutch to be Profex manufacture but am not positive. The leg crutch is quality built and fully adjustable. I believe it can be used on either side of the table. The included clamp is an Allen model 40013. Only one leg crutch with clamp is included in this sale. Guaranteed not DOA. Inspection:Cosmetically this unit is in good condition with normal signs of previous use as per pictures. Overall very clean. Pad is in good condition with a tear on the under side as pictured but the pad still holds firmly in place. Some dings, scuffs, stains, and scratches as pictured but this does not affect its function. Please study pictures carefully.
