Up for bids is this scrolling color message led message board.  Here's the deal with this thing, I inherited this, and it worked when I got it with the previous owners messages. I could never get the thing to program. I have since lost the software disc. If I find it, I will include it. So when I plugged it in today to take a picture of it working, it only showed what I took a picture of. That stays on for about a second and then goes off, and a square lights up in the corner. I do not know what this means. It has been sitting for a couple of years since I got it.  There are no markings on this to identify a manufacturer. It probably came from china. I do have the cord to plug into it that connects to your computer. I am listing this as for parts or needs repairs. This is an as is sale with no returns. The plastic side has been broken since I got it. It was not dropped. It did not stop scrolling from being dropped! For all I know, the memory just got cleared and it needs to be reprogrammed. But, count on it needing to be serviced. This thing is heavy, so I will ship it economy. Shipping will be $39.99 Payment within 3 days or I will relist this item. I do not know what this is worth.
