I don't know how to operate this tool/device. I put in a new 9 volt battery in and hoping to see some action/reaction when I press the black button but I didn't hear anything so I don't know if this tool/device is working or not. Since I can't accurately tell you if it's working properly or not, you will be buying this tool/device "AS IS". You will get everything you see in the pictures. The 9 volt battery is not included.
