We acquired this set from the U.S. Military. The set is new and unused but out of the original box. The only actual wear is on the outside of the case where some of the plastic trim is missing (see pics). The fiber optic handles are manufactured in the U.S. and the blades in Germany of stainless steel. Top quality and guaranteed to function properly!
