This unit comes with many accessories including the case, probes, computer connection cable, CD, book, surface thermometer, and more (everything shown in the pictures). Unit had AAs batteries left in it and they leaked a little, but unit was taken apart and cleaned with alcohol. New batteries placed in and unit powers up and appears to function normally. Surface thermometer was tested and it read in expected range, and inserted the moisture probe into drywall and it read in expected range for being dry. That is the extent of testing performed on the unit and if you would like any other feature tested please ask as we are not experts on this unit. Does not include batteries.
