You are bidding on a used Proto Blackhawk 19mm socket 3/8" drive 6 point Part Number 32019M. As mentioned in other auctions. I like the color of these older sockets. The lettering is nice and deep too. Plus it's nice that these are Made in the USA. Now that China has apparently surpassed us in economics... maybe we should start making more tools in the US again. Check out the photos carefully. That is what you are buying.   Notes: As you can see I did not go into great detail cleaning the tools I am offering. I was told I could get a bucket of solution to drop the tools into, but I don't want to risk damaging anything. The images came out really good, and most will know what they are in for right away. That's not saying I won't clean up the shiny silver ones a bit more before sending them if I notice it is just grime on them. Some of the sockets and wrenches have the owners mark on them. Quite a few of the older vintage things have a V on them. I add that in the pictures for those that have it, and try to leave a note. Thanks for looking, and check out my other auction as I will be auctioning off a bunch of tools I inherited. I am only keeping a modest set of Craftsman tools for myself, and auctioning off the rest I check the SOLD items on eBay for my prices, and generally undercut or match that. I knock it down in price for condition, and if it is too grimy. History of these tools If you actually have read through all of my auctions, I've given some insight into why I am selling the tools I inherited on eBay. I'll add that my dad horded. Rather than find anything under a pile of "stuff" he went and bought again. On top of that he would buy tools from all over, storage bins, lawn sales, "friends" who charged retail, and collections from people going out of business. This have left me with a bunch of vintage and antique tools, and some quality tools (Snap-on, MAC, etc). So the bulk of tools bought at local shops and big chain stores (Craftsman and foreign made tools) are all going in a big auction this spring. I spent a few months sorting out the garage and two sheds. The auctioneer walked in the door, and said "yep you have enough", without even looking at anything but the tools in the garage. This is after I sold two large tool boxes locally.  The rare stuff and/or quality stuff I am putting up here on eBay, because I want it to go to people who use it or truly collect it. To give you an idea of quantity... I literally found about over 25 new Square handled Craftsman ratchets. Nine were 1/2 drive. Total I must have close to 100 ratchets of all ages and shape. I must have 30 very old adjustable wrenches (Those pipe wrench looking ones) I have a bucket full of Chinese sockets. Two buckets full of Craftsman sockets. A bunch of old school hand files, hand planers, large scythes, vintage tools I don't even know what they are for... and so on. And I have yet to open the 40 foot shipping container we have outside the house. I have old Ford wrenches, motorcycle wrenches, carriage wrenches, old international wrenches, and of course Snap-on, Husky, Blue Point, SK, and so on... that might make it on here at some point. If you are looking for something specific, feel free to send me a message. I can take a few images for you, or even put it up here on eBay if that works for you.
