Although I have never had items stolen, or gone missing using Taiwan’s postal systems. There are firsts! As soon as the package leaves my hands, I am no longer in control of what happens. Therefore I cannot except packages lost in the post or damaged. The only way to ensure that your package arrives, is to use EMS, although again this does not cover damage. As a guideline, EMS takes between 4 ~ 7 days for an item to be shipped to America (for example). You will need to message me if you wish to use this service, as prices vary as to which country I am shipping. Therefore I have not listed EMS in shipping details. When using Chunghwa post, I always ask for registered shipping. This protects my end as well, should it come to discrepancies.
