Specifications: 110 Volt, 60 Hz, 8 Amps Timer: 0-5 Minutes 12000 RPM This item was bought at a liquidation of a medical school.  This item was tested and powers on and spins.  It was not tested with samples.  There may be some dust or dirt present, but otherwise there condition would be classified as normal wear and tear.  Overall their condition appears to be good.  We do have multiples of this item, so you may not get the exact unit pictured, but they were all comparable in their wear and tear.  Please see pictures of this item.
