This Powder Coated steel handle attaches to the front of the any wire cage shopping cart, and only takes about 3 minutes to attach. Easy Instructions are provided. It really increases the carts ability to be pulled through slush and snow covered parking lots. rather then the conventional pushing. And it really stands out when a cart is heavy loaded, as one can still push while another person is pulling. No more clipping the back of your heels with this clever devise.  Great for the large carts used at some of the discount chains. and for seniors. Tools required are a 7/16" wrench or socket driver.
