Pulvocron Air Swept Pulverizer Model PC-76-A Size PC76 Powered By GE Electric AC Motor 500 HP 1780 RPM 460 Volts    3 Phase    60 Hz Frame 8288S Air movement between 70,000 to 100,000 acfm. This unit can pulverize in the  medium fine, fine, and ultra-fine particle size range down to 10 micron top size with only minor adjustment. Housing and mechanical parts are S/S. This Pulvocron air swept pulverizer will provide high speed material impact and internal classification for ultrafine grinding of powders and cakes. It is well suited to applications requiring moderate moisture reduction and fine size reduction in a single step. The short residence time and intense milling action inside the chamber offers high-efficiency processing of your material in a compact system. Pulvocron was removed from operation in 2013. Was in operating condition when removed from service. Overall condition is good. Not much wear to housing, carbide tips have lot of grinding time left on them.  Unit can be inspected in Marissa IL 62257. Please message to arrange an inspection time and date.
