Returns and Warranty Claims All products are sold AS IS without warranty. We must be notified of damage within 24 hours of delivery confirmation. The customer is responsible for returning the damaged merchandise and once received and verified, we will send a replacement at our expense. We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for new items only. All returned items must be new and in their original state when sold (original tags/packaging intact). Used/opened products are not eligible for return for any reason. Used products which are returned will not be refunded. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges are nonrefundable and the customer is responsible for return shipping charges. To return a new item, send the item back to the return address along with a copy of the packing slip.
