Product Description: Model: PTFE packing, PTFE packing Product specifications: 6*6 means the width is 6mm and the thickness is 6mm, and so on; Product Overview: PTFE packing is made of pure polytetrafluoroethylene fiber. It is not treated with PTFE emulsion and lubricating grease. It has good corrosion resistance, good self-lubricating and anti-adhesive properties. It is flexible due to solid weaving. Adjustable, so it can be well matched with shafts, stuffing boxes, etc. Performance parameters: Specific gravity: 2.1-2.3g/cm3 Stretch rate: 150-400% Tensile strength: 13.7-34.3MPa Compressive strength: 12MPa Shore hardness: D05-55 Dynamic friction coefficient: 0.06 Breakdown voltage: 19kv/mm Operating temperature: -200~280°C Features: High temperature resistance 280 ° C Low temperature resistance, 5% elongation at -196°C, good mechanical toughness Acid and alkali resistant, inert to most chemicals and solvents, resistant to strong acids and bases and various organic solvents Weather resistant, better aging life in similar materials Highly lubricated, low friction coefficient in solid materials Does not adhere, has a small surface tension in the solid material, does not adhere to any substance Non-toxic, physiologically inert, implanted in the body without adverse reactions Good insulation, withstand voltage 1500V Application range: It can be used in chemical, food, pharmaceutical, paper, chemical fiber, fine chemical and other operations that do not allow pollution.
