In most cases, the item was eventually found by the post office and shipped to the customer safely but it takes a while. I recommend insurance. Only bid if you do agree with this policy. Return Policy: Returns are ONLY accepted if item is inaccurately described. Colors are my opinion so please look at photo, but be aware colors vary according to monitors and your own personal opinion. Please pay special attention to photos, title, and description, all of these have information in them for you to be the judge of current condition, color, size, etc. If there is something you do not see or have a question about, please ask questions prior to bidding or buying item. If an issue is found after purchasing that is not in the photos or listed, picture must be sent with details about issue within 14 days of shipment date.
