The unit pictured is the one you will receive. It powers on and appears to work as it should. It comes with the power cord and no other accessories. The glass dome over the analog dial is missing. We use quality new packing materials and boxes. We generally ship with FedEx but there are some occasions when items have to be mailed with the United States Postal Service. Most items are shipped with FedEx Ground or Home Delivery. Sometimes we also use FedEx SmartPost. We ship within 5 business days of receiving payment. Generally we ship on Mondays and Fridays.
