It's actually harder to sell a used item than a new one because we have to describe the difference. Check our feedback! Tracking number information is provided by eBay (and sometimes paypal automatically too) under the "view order details" tab in the menu choices when you view the listing AFTER your purchase. Sometimes (I don't know why) you can just click on the tracking number - Otherwise, you can follow the progress of your item by going to USPS.com or UPS.com - You see the same information that we do (in the same relative time too). UPS tracking is a little more detailed than USPS which doesn't seem to update their info as often - They just random scan things along the way. Remember we ship it out the same day or the very next business day - ALWAYS! Purchase with confidence from professionals with years or sales experience and thousands of other satisfied customers. With over 10,000 eBay sales transactions and several thousand feedbacks - all but 100% positive - for a good reason ! While we are honored by your business please note that we do not offer refunds. Confirm your application using the part numbers, descriptions and photos provided. eBay charges us an additional 20% for our selling fees to reflect that no return policy.
