PWM DC Motor Speed Controller Adjustable Current Overload Protector 12V 24V 10A Features: CCMCP Motor Speed Regulator controls the speed of a DC motor by adjusting Pulse-Width-Modulated (PWM).  Provide smooth variable speed capability for DC motor Adjustable current limit. Current limit can be adjustable 1A to 10A. Include Power-on LED and current-limit-protected alarm LED The input supply voltage speed range is DC12V-36V Duty Cycle adjustable range is 0%-100%. Internal operating frequency is 21kHz. Potentiometer cable length is 20cm. Item size: 3.4*2.1*1.1 inches ; Net Weight:2.5 ounces Operating instruction:     Before you attempting to wire the controller, make sure power is off.    WARNING: DO NOT REVERSE POSITIVE AND NEGATIVE POWER LOADS.THIS WILL DAMAGE THE CONTROLLER.    1. Connect wires refer to the “wiring diagram” (NO.4 picture).    2. Adjust the current limit as you need.(The factory setting of current limit is 1A)    3. Turn on the power, and adjust the potentiometer.    4. The green LED lights, the power is OK.   Current Limit Adjustment:    When the red alarm LED is lighting, the trim pot should be reset as follow:    1.Turn off the power.    2. Adjust the trim pot until the desired maximum current is reached.    3.Wait for about 3 seconds, than reset the power .  In Case of Difficulty:     If a newly installed control will not operate, it is likely that a terminal or connection is loose.      Check to make sure connections are secure and correct.      If the control is still inoperative, refer to the following chart for reference: PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSE(S) CORRECTIVE ACTION Motor doesn’t run Incorrect or no power Potentiometer set at zero Worn motor brushes Current limit set too low Install proper service Rotate the potentiometer fully CW Replace motor brushes Adjust current limit trim pot CW Motor runs at “full speed” uncontrollable Loose potentiometer connections          Possible control failure Secure all connections Contact us returns policy Motor rotates in wrong direction Motor wire hooked up backwards Reverse motor wire + and - Motor stalls under a light load Current limit trim pot improperly adjusted Adjust the trim pot properly Package Including: 1 x DC Motor Speed Controller
