FOUR DECALS: "QUARTERS ONLY" AIR / VACUUM / VENDING MACHINE DECALS. LARGE-SIZE, DARK-BLUE, HIGH-QUALITY. FOUR Large (1.25" x 3") "Quarters Only" Vending Machine Decals. Screen-printed by Hand. Reflex Blue (Dark Blue) UV Stabilized Ink. Further Protected with a Liquid Clear-Coat (Highest-Quality Decals). NOTE: These are HIGH-QUALITY decals, SCREEN-PRINTED BY HAND on 4mil white vinyl and then liquid clear-coated (to further protect the decals / extend their life). These decals ARE NOT cheap machine / dot-matrix / ink jet printed decals with a flimsy film coating to pick or peel off. The ink color is Reflex Blue (a dark-blue). The ink is UV stabilized (to resist sun fading). After the Reflex Blue is screened / printed, an application of liquid clear-coat is applied to the entire decal (to afford even more protection while extending the decal's usable life). Liquid clear-coating can not be "picked or peeled off" like the plastic films "stuck" to low-quality decals (applying a clear film to cheap decals doesn't produce a better decal, it just makes them easier to vandalize). Decasl are printed on 4-mil white vinyl with high-tack adhesive. These decals are screen-printed by hand in the United States assuring a quality product. SPECIFICATIONS: Each decal measures 1 1/4 " tall by 3" long (approximately 77mm x 31mm). Ink color is Reflex Blue (dark blue). Printed on 4 mil white vinyl. Liquid clear coat is applied after screen printing to afford even more protection / extend the life. High-tact adhesive. Paper backing. 100 decals weigh 2.8 ounces (79 grams). This listing is for FOUR decals. WHY THE DECAL WAS CREATED: This decal was originally designed to reduce unneeded service calls to convenient store / gas station vending equipment. Customers using gas station air machines and car wash vacuums were not reading the machine's instructions - - - that only quarters could be used. Customers would insert nickels and dimes and then complain to the employees that the "machine ripped them off." Employees would affix an "Out of Order" sign (when there wasn't an actual problem). In essence, the customer created the problem and then the employee (unknowingly) prolonged the problem by placing the equipment "out of order." The business lost commissions, the vending machine company lost revenues, the business's owners thought the equipment was always broken, and the vending machine company wasted time chasing down nonexistent problems. The fix? Simply affix a large decal (diagonally) on the machine that was easily noticed and clearly understood. This resulted in a substantial reduction of lost revenue, wasted service calls and equipment "down time." ABOUT THE DECAL'S QUALITY / LIFE EXPECTANCY: The company that custom prints these decals for us specializes in printing decals for use in harsh, outdoor environments such as: Car wash bay coin boxes, air machines at gas stations, commercial car wash vacuums, parking lot towing signs, etc. We have used this company's decals for over a decade on our own outdoor vending equipment (that's exposed to harsh outdoor environmental conditions). We have been extremely pleased with their product and turned to them to produce these decals - - exclusively for us. You can shop for decals elsewhere, but you will not find this decal, in this large size, with this quality. In the northern United States, we have found the typical (outdoor) life expectancy for this decal to be five-years prior to starting to sun-fade / edge peel (i.e. adhesive release at the edges). That five-year life expectancy is under seasonal sun / wind / rain / snow / icing outdoor environments, 24-hours a day, 365-days a year for 5-years. In indoor applications, we believe this decal's life expectancy would easily exceed twenty-five years. When we say high-quality, it is based on using this product ourselves, for over a decade, in hundreds of outdoor applications. When affixing any decal, first clean the intended surface with alcohol or acetone (Windex® and many other cleaners contain Propylene Glycol, Sodium, fragrances, wetting agents, and dyes that leave residues behind that hinder proper adhesion), allow the surface to dry and then affix the decal. Apply the decal at a reasonable temperature to avoid sweating and condensation (i.e. don't try to apply the decal in freezing weather). DISCOUNTS: Due to the decals' large-size, high-quality and low price, no additional discounts are being offered. We do however offer a substantial shipping discount starting with just the second group of decals purchased. Each additional lot of decals purchased only adds 10? to your shipping cost. We want to sell decals, not gouge our customers with excessive shipping charges. WARRANTY and/or RETURNS: These decals are brand new, fresh from the screen printer - thus no warranties, no returns.
