The dimensions of the rack are 18-1/2 inches by 36 inches by 61-1/2 inches. This rack can hold garments, hangers, footwear and umbrellas. The rack is made out of steel and has a black powder coated finish. Assembly is required. We have inspected this product and have found a slight defect. One of the arms of the frame is cracked and the other arm is slightly bent as well. One of the shelves are also dented in. The rack can still be assembled, these defects only affect the way that the rack stands, but have no affect on the overall function of the item. We are aware of the imperfections of this item and have priced it accordingly. The flat freight rate we show in our listings are based on the assumptions that the buyer is in the lower 48 states, and meets one of these criteria: 1) is a commercial site with a dock 2) is a commercial site and have the capability of taking the item off the freight trailer with your own labor. 3) are willing to pick it up yourself at the locat FedEX freight terminal (this option is open to both commercila and residential consumers). If the item is to be delivered to a residence, a smaller truck with a liftgate will be required, and these services required added fees. Please ask for a manual invoice to cover the cost of a delivery truck with a lift gate if you wish residential service. We will be happy to send you a manual invoice with the shipping charges removed. It is possible to return items. We have a 14 day return policy. The buyer is required to return the item to us. When it is received, it will be inspected and as long as it returns in the same condition it was sent out a full purchase price refund. If the item was our mistake then we will also reimburse the shipping costs. If it was as advertised and the buyer just changed their mind, then we will not refund the original shipping cost.
