• Quartet 9112 Paper Cutter/Trimmer with Blade Locklock    • 12" cutting length ~ Cuts up to 15 sheets • Ideal for trimming paper, presentations, photos and more • Cutting line indicator shows exactly where the paper will be cut....Accurate Cutting/Trimming • marked both in inches and cms...ruler makes a precise and visible paper guide •  Blades are the highest quality ~ longest lasting sharp blades ( see photo #9) for a sample cut paper) • Alignment grid and ruler for precise measuring • Protective guard rail with safety latch to lock blade • 2 out of the 4 Rubber feet, on the underside is missing, but it does not effect how the Cutter works or balances on a surface.. • features a wooden deck with dual scales and index lines, die-cast metal handle arm and hinge mechanism, self-sharpening stainless steel blades and safety bar and blade lock latch.  • It Cuts/Trims papers, photos etc. perfectly and sharply. Very sharp blade.. 2 out of the 4 rubber feet , on the underside is missing ( see photo #11)...absolutely does not effect how the Trimmer works or balances)...wooden deck is very clean with no blemishes. Metal handle shows surface wear consistent with use ( see photo #s 10, 11)...Visible rust on the Safety Blade Lock Latch ( see photo #12)..
