It has some scratches and scuffs from normal everyday use. It appears to all be there. We are not experts on this unit so we are not sure. I powered both units up but that is the only testing we did they both powered up with no problems. Our Testing: The unit was only tested for powers on. We are not experts on this unit to be able to test it fully. It did power on and was a clear screen. Sale Includes: The unit w/ case and the extras in the case.
