Quick Braid Oxide Free Clean Copper Desoldering Braid Easy Braid Co. Easy Braid’s wick products are made using ultra-fine, oxide-free copper braided into a weave configuration which maximizes thermal conduction and solder retention. Immediately after braiding, the wick is cleaned in an environmentally friendly process unique to Easy Braid Co. Every precaution is taken to ensure that the braid remains oxide-free until it is coated through their proprietary flux process. The closed weave design requires less time for desoldering, thus minimizing lifted pads and thermal damage and absorbing up to 30% more solder mass. This enables an operator to get on and off a connection quickly, using less wick to accomplish the task. Features: Uses pure type 'R' resin flux conforming to all the requirements of MIL-F-14256F, Type 'R' and ANSI/J-STD-004 Available on static-dissipative bobbins in compliance with ESD Association Standard Designed to leave a residue that is environmentally safe Manufactured under SPC guidelines 5' and 10' available only on static-dissipative bobbins Quick Braid is a cleaner, faster, and more consistent desoldering braid.
