This is the /left/ head from a Quincy QR-25 series Model 5120 compressor.  The part number 7382 cross references to a Model 350, 370 and 5105 as well.  Please send your RoC and I will validate that the part numbers are identical.  Any risk associated with a non-identical part is undertaken by the buyer! I removed this head and had it hot tanked for several days.  The surface rust is a result of that process but is typical of the process.  It will run absolutely fantastic and is ready to re-install.  I have wire-wheel brushed the exterior and all gasket mating surfaces so you won't need to do any scraping, cleaning, etc.  This head is ready to install, prime, paint and run.  All the sealing surfaces are in good condition, including the valve seating surfaces.  This head has indications of foreign debris which dislodged into the high pressure cylinder but should not affect the operation of the head as there are no chips in the valve seating surfaces. This piece weighs ~55 lbs, so unfortunately I can't offer free shipping.  If you've dropped (and broken) the head from your compressor have rusted, frozen bolts that refuse to come out, or a failed brazing job (ugh), this could be a salvation for a fantastic compressor otherwise! Shipping will be via the most economical ground means possible, and I'll refund any difference in shipping to you.  I can also use your shipping account should that be necessary.
