New and Improved Quorn tool and cutter grinder. Home Shop Machinist project. Selling for a friend whose health prevents finishing the project. Unit is mounted on a professionally (expensively) surface ground steel plate. Plans were modified to eliminate castings. Don't know what is left to do but machine looks substantially complete. Includes the air-bearing spindle, hardened precision ways, several new grinding wheels, Ryobi motor, many bits and pieces, and the relevant copies of Home Shop Machinist. Some of the precision items can be seen in photos. 3/8 inch steel baseplate is 20 in. x 12 in.. Height is 14 in. Completely assembled unit will weight around 100 lbs. Workmanship is first class but the only warranty is that what is in the photos is what buyer will receive. No returns accepted. Price includes shipping to any USA 48 states street address, my choice of method. Machine will be partially disassembled for shipping.
