I personally used this exact type of voting system during my time at college, and found that the classes which utilized this technology were the ones which I felt most connected to and also generally viewed as the most forward-thinking and interactive. Sometimes in a classroom with lots of students, it can be difficult for the instructor to identify which students most seriously require their attention to retain or master the understanding of certain material. These remotes can be the key to the instructor identifying those needs and addressing them in a way that is majorly beneficial to the student.
