This cutter works just fine, has some scratches around plastic and the protection blade strip is peeling off from the end, really cheap to replace but maybe some glue will put it back to place, it does not affect the cutting if you don't need to cut at the end, everything else works just fine, the holder comes with a 45 degrees blade (used) and all the other accessories. 1-Vinyl Cutter 1-USB Cable 1-Power Cable 1-Drivers Disk, It comes with Vinyl Express LXi Apprentice And it has a key on it, but no sure if it will works so I can't guaranteed that the software will work.
