The RD3 utilizes a 10" full color graphic touch screen to deliver user friendly operation and system programming. The system uses a single fluid to generate a precise temperature in the reflow chamber. The RD3 also integrates a Convected Preheat Zone and Vapor Preheat Function for limitless thermal profiles and proper solder paste conditioning prior to reflow. These features allow the user to create the ideal thermal curve for their specific process. With standard features such as fluid filtration, auxiliary fluid storage, dual speed clam shell cooling, 250 recipe storage, vapor preheat function, password protection, 10" full graphic touch screen on a swivel arm, 610 mm x 610 mm working envelope, the RD3 is the industry standard for large board/product reflow. Application: The RD3 was designed to accomodate mid to high volume production in a batch environment for larger product or multiple products during a single cycle. This unit allows proper reflow of even the largest, most dense complex products. Features: The RD3 has a working envelope of 24" 610 mm x 24" 610 mm with a prodcut clearance of 5" 125 mm using a version of our patented palletized conveyor system. The Programmable Logic Control System monitors and controls all critical parameters for safe and efficient operation. 10" 250 mm Full Graphics Touch Screen with password protection and 250 recipes allows the user easy access to all operational functions and operating programs. Convected Preheat Zone and Vapor Preheat Function allow for limitless thermal profile control and superior solder paste conditioning prior to reflow. Working Fluid Auxilary Tank and Fluid Filtration System facilitate routine maintenance and working fluid filtration. Dual Speed Automated Clamshell Cooling System allow for unsurpassed post reflow cooling capacity.
