The outer casing/frame is clean. It has a few small scratches, but is in good cosmetic shape. Expect a nice, pre-owned tool when you receive it. Operational Condition: This device is working properly. The jaws appear are in-line, unit opens and closes freely. hardware is in-line/cutting rim lines up. Just let the pictures show you the condition. I guarantee that it will operate for you when you receive it. This has not been used by us for any extended period of time, as we are solely resellers. As with all medical hardware, I suggest that you have this unit inspected by a technician before initial use.
