It powered on and started to heat up to set point as shown by the thermometer. (Thermometer not included.) It has writing on the side that says the Temperature does not stabilize?? However, I lack the knowledge or equipment to test it further, so due to little testing, it is being sold as is. . Please see photos for more detail.
