I plugged in the Mantle using a TEST CORD and I could feel it start to heat up. I DO NOT have the original power cord or does one come with this piece. However, I lack the knowledge or equipment to test it further, so due to little testing, it is being sold as-is. Please see photos for more detail. 430W 115V Item comes exactly as shown in the photos above. No other accessories are included. If you do not see it in the photos, it is not included.
