It powered on and and I could hear and see it spinning. It also changed speeds. However, I lack the knowledge or equipment to test it further, so due to little testing, it is being sold as-is. Please see photos for more detail. Item comes exactly as shown in the photos above. No other accessories are included. If you do not see it in the photos, it is not included.
