This generator is in Fair cosmetic condition, with minor "rack rash" and small scuffs/dings from installation/removal. It was also DROPPED and one of the VXI connectors was damaged. Notes: Before it was dropped, this signal generator powered on and gave a green POWER light. The RPP and FAIL lights stayed OFF after initial power-on. We could not re-test it after it was dropped. No other testing was done. The previous users put a tag on the side of this plugin saying that it fails initialization. We are not able to test this. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
