This HYDRONIC HEAT CONTROL PANEL is designed for 2 zones and will solve any project need for floor warming, heating or snowmelt. Our pre-piped and pre-wired radiant heat panels will save you time and hassle when installing, with no wiring except for the zone thermostats. Each mechanical package is conveniently pre-wired with a 120 volt power cord. You can easily connect the panels by turning the hex nut on the brass o-ring seal union, which can withstand up to 100 psi pressure when slightly tightened. Our hydronic panels are easy to maintain, with numerous shut-off valves located on all panels and easy access to each component to isolate them. Our panel is custom-built to plumb to the boiler you intend to use, and the electronic zone controller can control up to 2 zones with 2 air-sensing thermostats wired to the controller. The circulation pumps are comprised of three TACO pumps with shut-off valves on both sides, while the microbubble air remover function is provided by TACO. Each zone port is equipped with 3/4” SharkBite or PEX crimp fittings for a quick no-solder connection, with added shut-off valves to enable easier installation in whatever configuration suits you. Other features of the panel include an auto fill port with backflow preventer, a custom-sized expansion tank, a pressure reducing valve, a temperature/pressure gauge on the boiler out side, manual glycol fill ports and a system drain valve for connection to a water hose. Sharkbite fittings are installed for easy copper or PEX installation.
