Take the MYSTERY out of the MECHANICAL ROOM Our radiant heat panels are the perfect solution for any project: floor warming, heating, or snow melting. Pre-piped, pre-wired, and shop tested by trained professionals. These panels will dramatically reduce installation time as well as virtually eliminate wiring and other start-up problems. The only wiring required is to connect the zone thermostats to the corresponding relay terminal. Each mechanical package is pre-wired with a 120 volt power cord. Connecting one panel to another, in multi-panel systems is as easy as turning the hex nut on the brass o-ring seal union. Each union can withhold up to 100 psi when tightened. Best of all, each of our hydronic panels are designed for easy system maintenance. Each component on the panel can be easily accessed and isolated with numerous shut-off valves located on all panels. So, don’t let your next radiant project slow you down. Our hydronic panels are fast, easy, and guaranteed to take the mystery out of the mechanical room. This Radiant Panel’s Specifications; This radiant mechanical panel is built to the Primary/Secondary Loop configuration required by high efficiency boilers. Boiler: The boiler is not included in this listing. The panel can/will be custom "stubbed" to the boiler you intend to use. Electronic Zone Controller: Taco 506- Controls up to 5 zones with installed power cord for plug in installation to your existing 120 VAC outlet. A service on/off switch is provided. Five air sensing thermostats are supplied and the controller is wired to service these thermostats. No on-site electrical wiring is necessary. Circulation Pumps: TACO circulation pumps installed with service shut-off valves on both sides. Microbubble Air Remover: Sparco Honeywell Zone Ports: Each zone port is equipped with 3/4” SharkBite or PEX crimp fittings for a quick no solder connection. Zone ports are equipped with shut-off valves. Ports will be installed in whatever configuration makes your installation easier for you, i.e. up or down or any configuration of these. Other Features: Auto Fill Port with Backflow Preventer, Custom Sized Expansion Tank Included, Pressure reducing valve, Temperature/ Pressure Gauge on Boiler Out Side and Isolation/ Drain Service Valves on Both In and Out Side of Boiler, Manual Glycol Fill Ports, System Drain Valve for Connection to Water Hose. Sharkbite or PEX crimp fittings are installed for easy copper or PEX installation. The biggest cost of any Hot Water Radiant Heat System is the labor to build and install. Due to the special requirements of Radiant Heating Systems local plumbers and heating companies are often not familiar with the specifics of system builds. We take the guesswork out of system builds utilizing our skilled Engineers and system builders. You know what your costs are going to be upfront. We custom design each and every radiant heat boiler panel system to your specific system requirements. If this particular unit does not meet your needs we can custom build a panel specifically to your requirements. If you prefer we can install the boiler of your choice in our shop and the panel can be shipped for even less on-site installation time (different costs will of course apply).
